Activities “Logistics” & “GMAO” Our Steria Benelux are transferred to the company NSI (1 June 2006)

Dated 1 June 2006, the “logistics” and “GMAO of Steria Benelux are transferred to the company NSI.

Wanted Steria Benelux refocus its activities on major development projects and mainly in the public sector, the Bank and the Utilities. The approach ‘Business Solution’ was thus marginalized and out strategy.

For its part, CLF wanted to strengthen its presence in the private industrial sector, particularly in the implementation of solutions.

NSI is positioned as service information. This group offers solutions, or specific programs based on market expectations for the functional and technical requirements of its customers. Established in 1993, NSI is an independent group with over 180 employees and annual revenues in 2006 of more than 20 million and became a value added partner to many clients in both the public and the private sector.
All the resources and skills related to activities GMAO & Logistics has been transferred to Steria NSI.
