What distinguishes Coswin 7i Healthcare from other CMMS providers is that this product was born from a close collaboration between Siveco project managers and CMMS users in the medical industry.
We have been out in the field, interviewing medical professionals and learning about their needs and expectations with regards to functionalities and ergonomics. We have now created their application.
User orientated
Coswin 7i Healthcare is very much a user-oriented solution: its intuitive interface allows the user to navigate quickly to essential information and reduce time spent in searching for and entering data. The interface offers specific information that is relevant to the user’s profile. The graphical browser provides access to information through diagrams that can represent the physical areas of the hospital (on the building layout for example) or by organisational division of the hospital (on hierarchical charts for example). |

It is designed to be used to manage equipment that is used for controls, measurements and tests, materiovigilance, loan management, nomenclature and codes, classification of medical devices and much more.

In addition to the standard functions inherited from Coswin such as the desktop that allows one click access to the most used modules, Coswin 7i Heathcare is delivered with a pre-parametered database, screens, diagrams, indicators and reports as well as pre-configured profiles for typical users such as Technical, Biomedical, IT Services etc, organised by function (Administrator, Manager, Technician, Requester etc.) which allows for a rapid deployment of the application across the institution whatever its size.
At the heart of the Hospital IT System
Coswin 7i Healthcare integrates easily with the hospital IT system via a suite of tools that allows it to interface with existing applications. For example, it is possible to synchronise the file of requesters and employees of Coswin with the corporate directory of the hospital. Real time update of the Functional Unit/Centre of Responsibility/Department matrix of Coswin from the reference application (Magh2 for example). Trigger the installation of the update of a program via the SMS or SCCM drivers from Coswin.
