Siveco Italia wins three new contracts

Montpellier | March 23th, 2011

Siveco Italia, subsidiary of the group in Italy, has just won three new contracts for the 100% Internet CMMS software, Coswin 7i. This success confirms the European leadership of the CMMS software developer and strengthens its growth in the Italian marketplace.

After a thorough evaluation of software vendors in this arena, GEA Technofrigo S.p.A., one of the leaders of the manufacture of refrigeration components, selected Coswin 7i for the maintenance of installations at the STEG factory. The software will be installed in Tunisia for the management of maintenance operations at the new GPL factory based in Gabès.

GEA Group is a major international player in mechanical and industrial engineering for key markets such as Energy, Petrochemicals and Food Processing.

Bonatti group was entrusted with the set-up of a new CMMS system within the framework of an engineering and operational maintenance management contract for the Greenstream pipeline, transporting gas from Wafa to Mellitah factory in Libya. The Italian company Bonatti was convinced by the functional richness of the Coswin 7i application. This implementation by technical services replaces the old CMMS software and will handle the maintenance of installations and the management of stocks. This pipeline linking Libya to Sicily will transport 8 giga cubic meters (Gm3) of natural gas to supply the Italian market.

The Bonatti group is active in the fields of international engineering and construction, in particular carrying out work for gas and petrol transportation.

Almost simultaneously ISEO Serrature S.p.a Industrial selected Coswin 7i to run its maintenance activities. The 100% internet Siveco software replaces another CMMS package and was picked out for its functional richness and extensively configurable parameters. This Italian company which is specialised in the production of key locks, cylinders and padlocks, plans to gradually deploy all of the software modules. Coswin 7i will also be used for managing the security of industrial installations.

Today ISEO is a significant presence internationally. Founded in 1969, the enterprise remains true to the industrial vocation of the founding family that developed it to the current scale.
