Advanced functions
| Manage all of your assets, centralise information on the location and the changes in your buildings (history of each building and every object). |

| Manage all your property (furniture, equipment, GSM, stocks, fire extinguishers, etc.) speed up the process of encoding and labelling with the treatment of objects in batches. |

| Assign these objects to locations organised in a root diagram, manage the removal of these objects from a workstation, a room, floor of a building or site (within a site but also between sites). |

| Plan or create one (or more) inventory assignments, specifying the location and the types of objects. With the use of our mobile solutions (PDA, Bluetooth scanner, etc.), proceed to a physical inventory. On site, you are able to deal with all possible situations: adding objects with help identification, moving objects from one location to another, accessing the technical descriptions (with photo) of each object. |

| Synchronise the MAPS database with the results of your inventory according to the strategy that you have pre-defined. Carry out, through automatic and preconfigured tasks, different inventory reports and generate statistics. |
