What is the Speed Coaching ?

Our consultant coaches your users per session for two hours to answer their questions and to optimize their daily operations.

All our consultants are experts on functional COSWIN which is the main solution edited by SIVECO GROUP.

The stages of Speed Coaching :

First, we develop and validate the planning of the intervention : All users to coach is listed and a detailed schedule was developed with strict schedules to meet (two hours per user)





Second, the coaching session takes place : every user presents its modes of operation and the problems encountered. Our coach reacts to evidence presented by proposing functional astuteness and advice for optimizing the daily use of COSWIN.






In the final mission, we are organizing a round table is to make a synthesis of different solutions suggested.





The result is immediate ! You will see the time saving achieved through astuteness and advices given by our coach at the end of the mission !
