 Assessment
Collection of information based on your expectations, technical environment, knowledge and on your current CMMS environment.

 Analyse
Construction of a Maintenance Management Plan (MMP) containing 2 guidebooks : one presenting the adopted functional and organisational solution, and another one for the chosen technical implementation process.

 Conception
This phase is based on the installation and configuration of the solution according to the client’s needs, and its validation in a pilot project before the full implementation.

 Setting-up

 Deployment
Once the general implementation process is completed, SIVECO GROUP ensures the availability and the development of the installed CMMS.
