Key points of the hybrid method

Your turnkey Coswin CMMS implementation project.

After an initial assessment of your requirements, an expert comes to your premises to observe your methods, organizations and teams, and draw up a plan for implementing the solution.

On the basis of the recent audit, a team carries out a series of incremental parameterizations of the various functionalities, calling on you at the very least to build a complete, operational mock-up of the tool.

At the end of the implementation phase, a presentation of the tool is made to validate the choices and options selected. Following this validation, the customer tests and accepts the solution before it goes into production.

The demonstrator's full parameters are copied into production, and end-users are trained: the tool is in production.

Advantages of the Hybrid project method :

Time saving

No drafting of specifications and no design workshops
