Introducing our Coswin software offering
Our Coswin offering has been designed to meet the needs of modern organisations, regardless of their technological choices. Available as SaaS or on-premise, it provides extensive compatibility with leading databases and supports your teams’ mobile needs. Open and flexible, the Coswin CMMS solution integrates seamlessly into your information system and is enhanced by dedicated services to ensure the success and sustainability of your projects.
Types of licensing:
We offer two models: named user licensing and concurrent user licensing.
Which model is best for which use case?
- Named user licence:
A named user licence is assigned to a specific individual. Each Coswin user has their own account, which they can use whenever they wish.
This type of licence is suitable for staff who use the Coswin CMMS software regularly or on a daily basis. - Concurrent user licence:
With concurrent user licence, several people share a set number of connections to Coswin. They can log in freely, but within the limit of the number of users connected at the same time.
This type of access is suitable for occasional users. It allows you to make the Coswin CMMS software available to more users, whilst keeping your budget under complete control.
SaaS or On-Premise?
Coswin is available:
- as a SaaS solution, hosted by premium hosting partners who hold all the necessary certifications to guarantee performance and security.
All our customers benefit from shared hosting (your data is isolated from that of other customers) with a dedicated environment (you have full control over Coswin’s configuration and upgrades). Our SaaS solution is offered on an annual subscription basis. - in On-Premise mode: Coswin is installed on your company’s servers.
Our On-Premise solution is also offered on an annual subscription basis.
Database
Coswin is available on Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle databases.
*As part of our partnership with Oracle, we offer licences at a preferential rate.
Integration with other tools in your IT system
Coswin is designed to integrate seamlessly with your IT system.
It communicates via Web Services APIs, specific connectors (whether standard or custom-developed) and supports a wide range of authentication mechanisms and protocols (IDP, LDAP, SSO, SAML 2.0, OpenID Connect, MFA).
Mobility
CMMS is now a field-based tool, accessible in real time via a smartphone or tablet. This mobility is no longer just a “nice-to-have”: it has become essential.
Siveco Group offers three types of mobility:
- Coswin Touch gives you access to all the features of Coswin 8i on a tablet, with a user interface tailored to mobile users.
- Coswin Nom@d, the app for field technicians.
- Coswin Open, the solution for requester (whether or not they use Coswin).
