Processing of your personal data:

1. Data controller:

Your personal data is collected and processed by Siveco Group, located at 10-14 rue Joël le Theule – 78180 Montigny-le-Bretonneux in France, represented by its legal representative.

a) Recruitment (unsolicited application or response to a job advertisement)

  • Retention period: maximum 2 years after last contact with the candidate, unless otherwise specified.

b) Downloading commercial documentation

  • Purpose: To respond to your request and contact you.
  • Legal basis: Legitimate interest of the company (Article 6.1.f GDPR).
  • Data processed: Surname, first name, telephone number, email address.
  • Retention period: maximum 3 years from the last contact with you.

c) Sales contact form / demo request

  • Purpose: To respond to your request and contact you.
  • Legal basis: Legitimate interest of the company (Article 6.1.f GDPR).
  • Data processed: Surname, first name, telephone number, email address.
  • Retention period: maximum 3 years from the last contact with you.

d) Newsletter

  • Purpose: To send you the newsletter to which you have subscribed.
  • Legal basis: Consent (Article 6.1.a GDPR).
  • Data processed: Surname, first name, email address.
  • Retention period: Until you unsubscribe via the link provided in each email or until you request deletion.

3. Recipients:

Your personal data is processed solely by the relevant internal departments (Human Resources, Sales, Marketing) and is not shared with third parties.
