The main objective is to keep your company and equipment in step with your Coswin 8i CMMS software.

The Coswin CMMS TMA service is subject to a Service Level Agreement (SLA) between Siveco Group and the customer. This contract defines the conditions under which Siveco Group complies with the expected quality of service (“Quality of Service” or QoS).

Maintenance is said to be corrective when it makes it possible to correct anomalies notified by the customer in order to restore the conformity of elements of the customer’s information system with the specifications and/or documentation.

Functional support services include assistance to specific users when they are carrying out upgrades of their own, or during the operating phases of information system components.

Maintenance is said to be evolutionary when it corresponds either to the implementation of new functionalities, or to the improvement of existing functionalities of information system elements at the customer’s request.

Operational maintenance involves Siveco Group carrying out recurring actions to ensure the proper functioning of information system components.

Preventive maintenance refers to the critical analysis of the configuration of information system components carried out by Siveco Group during its regular interventions, in order to reduce the probability of degradation of a service rendered, or to enable the customer to benefit from improvements to information system components.
